• Ceiling and wall areas are calculated separately
• 1 coat of Primer for Royal Family is included
• Inspection/Visitation charge will be adjusted against the final bill
• Rates mentioned will include touch-up putty only
• Additional cost of Rs.2 per sqft will be applicable for full putty
• Deep cleaning, Acid wash etc. are not part of process.
• Scaffolding might be required based on condition of building, will be charged extra.
• Wooden polishing is not part of painting process

Procedure

1. Process starts with Inspection and consultation where scope of work is detailed and approx. charges are informed.
2. Painting Process starts with repainting with one full coat of fresh putty followed by primer and 2 coat painting with roller finish, minor cracks, if any, will also be covered.
3. Doors, windows, floors will be covered with plastic papers before start of painting.
